Event Details

 9th & 11th District Picnic, hosted by the Gordon County GOP

 

It will be the 16th annual picnic for the Ninth, the 7th for Gordon County, and a first for the Eleventh.

What: Fun, Food, Live Music and Georgia Politics!

 

When: April 17th 2010 10 AM to 2 PM

 

Where: 832 Old Rome Dalton Road Calhoun, GA 30701 a.k.a. Fox Farms, Gordon County

 

Who: Confirmed speakers include: Congressman Phil Gingrey, Candidate for Governor Nathan Deal, Candidate for Attorney General Sam Olens, and Candidate for Labor Commissioner Melvin Everson.

 

Invited speakers: Include you and all others running for statewide (or congressional) office

 

Who else: About 500 or more of your closest GOP friends.

 

Advanced tickets are $12 for individuals and $20 for couples (kids 12 and under free!) Tickets are $15 at the door.

 

THE LAST DAY TO BUY ADVANCED TICKETS AND SAVE IS THURSDAY, APRIL 15 at 11:55PM!

 

But, it is a fund raiser and sponsorships are available…

Bronze level: $100, gets your name in the program as a sponsor, and on a sign beside the food line, the right to distribute campaign materials, and 2 meals.

 

Silver level: $250, same as above except you can bring your own banner to hang, total of 5 meals, and bigger bragging rights.

 

Gold level: $500, same as above except you get a booth space, a total of 10meals, and even bigger bragging rights.

 

Platinum level: $1,000, same as above except you get a total of 25 meals, a tent, and the biggest bragging rights available at this event.

 

 

 

Yard signs: As many as you want off site; None at the farms, please.

 

OH YES ----- THERE WILL BE A STRAW POLL FOR ALL OFFICES!
